Butterflies!!!

The children experienced the release of our butterflies. They watched the butterflies spread their wings and fly away. What a beautiful sight to see!

Lots of excitement in Kindergarten today. The ducklings loved their first swim  in the water. Lots of splashing around!

Our Duck Eggs Have Arrived!!

As part of our learning on life cycles we are going to hatch ducks.  Today we got the eggs into the incubator.

Signs of Spring...

Our class went on a nature walk yesterday in search of Spring...

 

 

 

Transportation

Our inquiry on transportation has begun.  It all started with a few students who asked if we could learn about how cars are made.  It has taken off!  The children have been busy looking at picture books on vehicles, making a mural for the hallway, designing paper airplanes, measuring distance, etc.
